Let's be honest...I'm not the kind of person who works from dawn to dusk on the weekends during the summer. I like lots of downtime to read, watch TV, surf the Internet, bird watch. But this 7 acres is beating me...there is so much to do outdoors just for minimal upkeep like cutting the grass, weed eating, and irrigating, what chance is there that minimal indoor chores will get done, or that there will be time for fun outdoor projects at the new place like making flower beds or planting the bushes I've been buying.

I'm having serious doubts about my ability to keep up with this place on my own, let alone have any fun at it.
