In 2006 I purchased 7 acres just outside of Spokane, WA. Because I have lived in suburbs all my life, the move has been both wonderful, awe-inspiring, and sometimes a little scary. Here is my life today.

For those of you playing along at home, it's been more than a year since I first started this blog. The sad truth is that the blank space in between then and now pretty much reflects what goes on in my life.
